What to expect: 

This intensive breathwork allows you to dive deep into your subconscious and experience extraordinary states of consciousness. You may release emotional blockages or deep wounds, feel clarity about your dreams or your life. This type of breathing holds up a mirror to your subconscious and typically brings to the surface what you need to address more closely. You will be guided through a 3-part breathwork practice, combined with supportive music and a deep meditation at the end. I recommend not eating anything or eating very lightly two hours before the session.
